Mary Howard is a certified, professional coach and the founder of Designing Change. At the heart of her coaching, is a passion for working with her clients to achieve success in work and life. Mary brings a strong professionalism, client focus and integrity to her work with clients. Twenty years as an organizational effectiveness consultant, facilitator, educator and senior manager combined with strong academic credentials provide Mary with a solid base for her coaching practice. Mary partners with other coaches and professionals based on client needs and the size and scope of projects.
Mary has a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and has completed her coach certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also an Associate of Emerge Learning and the Converge Consulting Group, two successful Calgary-based firms.
